Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with the exception of the Silent Partner — which ships for a flat rate of $99 anywhere within the continental United States.

International Shipping We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
