At Elite Team HQ (eliteteamhq.com), we make it easy for our approved members to get professional-grade performance, protection, prevention, and recovery products delivered quickly and affordably. All orders are fulfilled via drop-shipping from our exclusive brand partners.
- Shipping Availability
- We ship to addresses within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where supported by our brand partners).
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- Shipping Methods and Carriers
- Orders are shipped via major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) selected by the brand partner fulfilling the order.
- Standard shipping is the default method. Expedited options (e.g., 2-day or overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on the product and supplier.
- Shipping Costs
- Free domestic U.S. shipping is offered on every order for approved members (no minimum purchase required), except where designated on the product page or at checkout (e.g., oversized items, special handling, expedited shipping upgrades, or select brand partner products that incur additional carrier fees).
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed in your cart before you complete the purchase.
- Processing and Delivery Estimates
- Order processing time: Most orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the continental U.S. (longer for Alaska/Hawaii due to carrier limitations).
- Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (sent from support@eliteteamhq.com or the fulfilling brand partner).
- Track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided number.
- Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, or is significantly delayed, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier and brand partner to investigate. If confirmed lost or undelivered, we will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, insufficient delivery instructions, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship, or the order may be canceled with a refund minus original shipping costs (if applicable).
