At Elite Team HQ (eliteteamhq.com), we stand behind the professional-grade performance, protection, prevention, and recovery products we offer to our approved members. All products are drop-shipped directly from our exclusive brand partners, so returns are handled in coordination with the fulfilling supplier. Elite Team HQ does not charge membership fees.

  1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Inferior Product (Under Warranty)
    If the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet manufacturer quality standards, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will coordinate with the brand partner to process a warranty claim and arrange a replacement (preferred) or full refund.
  • Incorrect Size
    If the product arrives in the wrong size due to an error on our end or mismatch with listed specifications, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement in the correct size or a full refund at our discretion.
  • Non-Delivery or Lost Package
    If the package is marked delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and issue a full refund or replacement if confirmed.
  • Other Reasons
    We do not accept returns for change of mind, no longer needing the item, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer (unless our listing error).
  1. Return Process
  • All returns must be pre-approved via email to support@eliteteamhq.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue (for damage/defect/incorrect size), and a description.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact (unless damaged/defective).
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage, defect, incorrect size (our error), or non-delivery. In those cases, we or the brand partner will provide prepaid return shipping instructions.
  1. Processing and Refunds
  • Approved returns/refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we (or the brand partner) receive and inspect the returned item or confirm the issue.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damage, defect, incorrect size (our error), or non-delivery.
  • Replacement items (when offered) will be shipped at no additional cost.
  1. Exceptions
  • Personalized, custom-ordered, or consumable products (e.g., opened supplements, tapes, or hygiene items) are non-returnable and non-refundable once used or opened.
  • Clearance or final-sale items (if marked) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
